hub_consent — records whether you accepted or rejected non-essential cookies, so the banner does not reappear on every page. Kept for 12 months after acceptance or 6 months after rejection.

PHPSESSID — a standard session cookie required for the contact form's security token to work. It contains a random identifier only, and expires when you close your browser.

When you first visit, a banner offers Accept and Reject options. After choosing, a small settings control remains in the corner of every page — select it at any time to change your answer.
