1. Acceptance

By accessing hubernal.com (the "Site") you agree to these terms. The Site is operated by Hubernal Advisory Sdn. Bhd. (Company Reg. No. 202301043721 (1528417-V)) of Suite 21-03, Level 21, Menara Permata, 12 Jalan Ampang, 50450 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the Site.

2. Nature of the content

Everything published on the Site is general information about our firm and about financial, tax and accounting topics in Malaysia. It is not, and must not be treated as, personalised financial, tax, legal or investment advice. Advice is provided only under a signed engagement letter that defines its scope, fees and responsibilities.

3. Engagements

Professional services are governed by the individual engagement letter issued to each client. Where these website terms and an engagement letter differ, the engagement letter prevails. Submitting the contact form creates no client relationship and no obligation on either side.

4. Accuracy and updates

We work to keep the Site current, but tax rules, thresholds and regulatory requirements in Malaysia change frequently. We make no warranty that any page reflects the law as at the date you read it, and we accept no liability for decisions taken on the basis of Site content alone.

5. Intellectual property

The text, graphics, logo and layout of the Site belong to Hubernal Advisory Sdn. Bhd. You may print or save pages for personal, non-commercial reference. Republishing, scraping or reproducing Site content commercially requires our prior written consent.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site — including attempting to gain unauthorised access, probing for vulnerabilities, submitting malicious code through forms, or using the Site to transmit unlawful material. We may restrict access where misuse is detected.
